By downloading, installing, or using SnapyPlay ("the App"), you ("Parent" or "Guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The App is intended for use by children ages 4–16+ under direct parental supervision.
A parent or legal guardian must create the account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the App. Notify us immediately at support.snapyplay@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

SnapyPlay offers a one-time Premium upgrade. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as provided by the platform's refund policy. The Premium upgrade is tied to your account and platform — iOS purchases cannot be used on Android and vice versa.
Use the "Restore Purchases" option in the App if you reinstall or switch devices on the same platform.
Free accounts are subject to daily usage limits. Current defaults include up to 5 snaps per day, 1 child profile, and access to your 3 most recent quest history entries. These limits are configured remotely and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice; the limits currently in effect are always displayed within the App.
Learning content (math questions, science facts, stories, and voice narration) is generated by AI based on photos your child takes. While we strive for accuracy and age-appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. SnapyPlay is a supplementary educational tool and is not a substitute for professional education. Parents are encouraged to review content with their children.
You retain ownership of photos taken through the App. By using the App, you grant SnapyPlay a limited licence to store and process those photos solely to provide the learning experience described in this App. We do not claim ownership of your photos and do not use them for advertising or to train AI models.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with COPPA and do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be 100% accurate. Educational outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapyPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Premium upgrade in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 7–10 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
