🗑️ Account Deletion Request
At SnapyPlay, we respect your privacy and provide all users with the ability to permanently delete their account and all associated data.
How to delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the SnapyPlay app:
- 1Open the SnapyPlay app on your device.
- 2Tap the Parents tab at the bottom of the screen.
- 3Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon (top right).
- 4Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- 5Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. You will be signed out and all data listed below will be removed.
Alternatively, contact us
Email us at support.snapyplay@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.
What data is deleted
✓ PERMANENTLY DELETED
- Parent account and login credentials
- All child profiles (name, age, interests, avatar)
- Learning history and session results
- XP, coins, streaks, and progress data
- Uploaded photos associated with learning sessions
- AI Buddy discovery history
- Subscription-related app data and preferences
Data that may be retained
⚠ RETAINED AS REQUIRED BY LAW
- Transaction records required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance
- Anonymised, aggregated usage data that cannot identify you
- Backup records retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion
In-app purchase records are managed by Apple (App Store). To request those records, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
