How do I add a child profile?

From the Choose Your Hero screen, tap Add New Hero, then enter your child's first name, age, and interests. Free accounts include one profile; SnapyPlay Premium unlocks multiple profiles.

How does the camera Snap activity work?

Your child snaps a photo of an everyday object (a fruit, a toy, a leaf). SnapyPlay sends the photo securely to our server, generates an age-appropriate lesson, and reads it back. You can review every snap and lesson from the Parents tab.

Why does SnapyPlay need camera access?

The Snap activity is the core learning experience. The camera is only used when your child taps the camera tab. We never record video or use the camera in the background.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To manage or cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top โ†’ Subscriptions
  3. Select SnapyPlay and choose Cancel or change plan

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium until then.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open SnapyPlay โ†’ Parents tab โ†’ Manage Subscription โ†’ Restore Purchases. You'll need to be signed in with the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.

I was charged but Premium isn't active

Tap Restore Purchases first (see above). If it still doesn't activate, email support.snapyplay@gmail.com with your Apple receipt and we'll fix it.

How do I delete my account or my child's data?

In the app, go to Parents โ†’ Settings โ†’ Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all child profiles, and all activity history. You can also email support.snapyplay@gmail.com and we'll delete everything within 7 days.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot Password and we'll email a reset link. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.

The AI Buddy or Snap result looks wrong

Lessons are generated by AI and can occasionally be inaccurate. If something seems off, please email us with a screenshot โ€” we use these reports to keep the content age-appropriate and accurate.

Is SnapyPlay safe for children?

Yes. SnapyPlay is in Apple's Kids category. We do not show third-party ads, do not use third-party analytics, and do not share data with advertisers. A parental gate protects all in-app purchases. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What ages is SnapyPlay for?

SnapyPlay supports learners aged 4 to 16+. Lessons, vocabulary, and challenges automatically adjust based on the age set on each child's profile.
